The Role

They are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join their sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients to promote their range of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients in the funeral industry
• Promote and sell their range of funeral products and accessories
• Build strong customer relationships with professional, empathetic communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Handle inquiries, provide detailed product information, and manage objections
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals

The Ideal Candidate:

They’re looking for a great communicator who thrives in a sales environment. You’ll need to be sensitive to the needs of their clients and possess excellent organisational skills.

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (B2B preferred)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
