The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Our Systems: Receive full training to use our CRM for seamless customer interactions.
• Develop Rapport: Learn how to connect with customers over the phone with confidence and charm.
• Support the Sales Team: Help maintain and manage our CRM database.
• Enhance Sales Skills: Gain expertise in telemarketing, lead qualification, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Understand Our Products: Build in-depth knowledge of Enreach’s offerings to engage potential clients effectively.
• Grow Step by Step: Start with foundational tasks like data management and telemarketing, then progress to handling client interactions.

By the end of the program, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Business Development Executive with a solid foundation in sales.
