Runcorn, WA7 1PF – Hybrid / remote position

• Full time, permanent
• £24,000 - £40,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission (£41k - £60k OTE)

The Role

We’re seeking a driven and resilient Internal Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building a customer database, and hitting sales targets in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• High levels of outbound calls and emails to potential customers.
• Meeting daily cold and hot-calling targets.
• Building and maintaining a customer database in Microsoft Excel.
• Keeping up to date with product specifications and service requirements.
• Hitting and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re self-motivated, confident, and eager to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

• At least 2 years of sales or high-volume calling experience.
• A confident, engaging, and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong communication skills and resilience.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a small team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
• Experience in Facilities Management is desirable.
