The Role

As a Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s culinary operations. From crafting dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, this role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to work in a supportive, scenic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu
• Collaborate on menu adjustments to reflect seasonal changes and ingredient availability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Oversee kitchen operations, particularly during peak hours
• Ensure stock control and manage food waste efficiently
