Salary:  We are offering a highly competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus a range of excellent benefits

Buzz Education are a dynamic young marketing agency based in Chorley, Lancashire. We supply a range of marketing services to clients working within the education sector Clients are based in the UK and overseas, and range from small start-up companies to large Multi-National organisations. We are an ambitious, well established company working in a niche industry with a requirement for a new Client Relationship Manager

Closing Date: 30th November 2024

Start Date: January 2025

The Candidate:

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our busy team as Client Relationship Manager. The role involves working with clients once orders have been generated by our Sales team to ensure client marketing campaigns are managed to their completion.

The role:

This challenging and exciting role will involve liaising with our existing and new client base once they have booked campaigns with us to ensure their marketing delivers the outstanding results they expect.

You will be expected to -

  • Work with our internal Sales Team once client orders have been placed to understand client requirements
  • Undertake onboarding calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs
  • Liaise with clients throughout the day to progress email marketing campaigns and update them on the status of their campaign
  • Work with our internal creative team to develop client marketing campaigns for both online and offline communications
  • Manage our client marketing timetable
  • Report to clients after marketing campaigns and undertake debriefing calls
  • Work with the internal Finance Team to collect payments
  • Maintain a portfolio of work we carry out

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

You need to be -

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Meticulous, focussed and well organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to remain calm and focussed when under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proactive, confident, and able to build quick, long lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues

Full training will be given to the successful candidate so, whilst prior experience would be ideal, it is not essential.

Personality, confidence and passion go a long way.
