Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on bathroom fittings, furniture, and accessories.
• Guide customers through the design process, offering product recommendations and layout advice.
• Prepare detailed quotes and manage sales transactions from start to finish.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product ranges and industry trends.
• Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the bathroom, home improvement, or interior design sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for design with an ability to visualize and advise on layouts and products.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• A positive and proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets.
