Senior Accountant

Here at Transforming Support, we have an exciting and unique opportunity for a fully qualified Senior Accountant to join our established team in London!

Earn up to £75k OTE while making a significant impact in the lives of those we support.

Senior Accountant
London or Manchester based - Initially office-based with opportunities for hybrid and remote working

• Full time, permanent
• Base 50,000k – 60,000k, OTE up to £12,500 - £15,000 (3 months salary) = £62,500 - £75,000
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent is essential

The Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll be integral in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations while supporting the delivery of life-changing services to the people we serve. With your leadership and expertise, you'll help us continue to achieve our mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue streams, invoicing, and accrued revenue postings
• Report and analyse debtor accounting
• Maintain expenditure records and code invoices accurately
• Ensure timely payments according to company policy
• Post payments and receipts, organise and file invoices
• Prepare and post journals, supporting month-end tasks
• Conduct account reconciliations and complete bank reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow management and handle ad hoc financial tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-orientated individual with a passion for finance.

About you:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with a pragmatic approach
• Strong verbal communication skills at all levels
• A self-motivated, problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex issues
• Comfortable with ambiguity and offering innovative solutions
• Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills
• A natural challenger of the status quo, always seeking ways to improve
